What You’ll Need:
✅ Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role)
✅ Previous supervisory experience leading a team in a cleaning or events environment
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a busy festival setting
✅ Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage tasks effectively
✅ Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the team and management
✅ Ability to collect, transport, and distribute consumables to ensure all areas remain stocked
✅ Commitment to following health and safety guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives across the festival site
🔹 Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all areas, including toilets and public spaces
🔹 Monitor and distribute consumables such as toilet paper and soap to maintain stock levels
🔹 Assist with waste management efforts, ensuring rubbish is collected and disposed of correctly
🔹 Provide hands-on support where needed, working alongside the team
🔹 Report any issues to management and help resolve them efficiently
🔹 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
