As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing teams of 8+ operatives across different roles, including:
✅ Toilet & Shower Cleaning Crews
✅ Wet Waste Teams
✅ Litter Picking Crews
✅ Stewarding & Waste Management Teams
This is a proactive, hands-on role, which is why we are specifically seeking WORKING SUPERVISORS who can lead by example while ensuring smooth on-site operations. Due to security placements and the level of training required, you must be able to commit to the full contract from May through the end of the festival season.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee and support a team of 8+ operatives, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
✔ Be physically fit and prepared for long shifts in all weather conditions
✔ Transport stock and equipment to event sites (a vehicle is required)
✔ Work closely with event management teams to ensure efficient site operations
✔ Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
✔ Handle on-site problem-solving and support staff where needed

Requirements:
✔ Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ability to commit to the full contract duration (May – festival season)
✔ Full UK driving license & access to a vehicle (essential for stock transport)
✔ Comfortable working in a freelance role across multiple events
✔ Ability to lead by example and work proactively in high-pressure situations
