💰 Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
✅ Completed Supervisor Training with iKlean
✅ Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or a similar field
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ A hardworking and reliable attitude
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
✅ Team player with the ability to motivate and guide your team
✅ Knowledge of health and safety regulations
✅ Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain high cleanliness standards
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring all event facilities are maintained to high standards
🔹 Oversee cleanliness of public areas, including toilets, walkways, and event spaces
🔹 Restock consumables such as toilet paper and soap throughout the event site
🔹 Support waste management efforts, including sorting and disposing of waste
🔹 Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed by your team to ensure a safe environment
🔹 Provide hands-on support in cleaning tasks when necessary
🔹 Report any issues to management and maintain clear communication with your team
