💰 Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
✅ Physically fit and able to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving waste
✅ A valid driving licence (required for some waste transportation duties)
✅ Previous experience in waste management or manual labor is an advantage
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced festival environment
✅ Team player who can work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
✅ Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure the event remains clean and safe
✅ Flexibility and adaptability to changing event needs
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and dispose of wet waste generated throughout the event, ensuring waste is sorted and disposed of correctly
🔹 Monitor and maintain cleanliness in areas with high wet waste, including toilets and other facilities
🔹 Assist with the transportation and disposal of waste materials throughout the festival grounds
🔹 Drive waste collection vehicles safely to ensure smooth waste removal across the event site
🔹 Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to while performing wet waste management tasks
🔹 Collaborate with other teams to ensure waste is dealt with promptly and efficiently
🔹 Provide excellent customer service when interacting with festival-goers and staff
