What You’ll Need:
✅ Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role)
✅ Previous experience in a supervisory role, managing cleaning teams
✅ Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy, high-energy environment
✅ Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively
✅ A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring high cleanliness standards
✅ Ability to follow and enforce health & safety regulations
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise and lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
🔹 Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary to maintain hygiene across the event site
🔹 Ensure consumables such as toilet paper and soap are well-stocked in public areas
🔹 Manage waste disposal efforts, ensuring proper collection and disposal of rubbish
🔹 Communicate with event management to address cleaning requirements and any arising issues
🔹 Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed by the team
