What You’ll Need:
✅ Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role)
✅ Previous experience supervising cleaning teams at events or public venues
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness standards
✅ Attention to detail and commitment to health and safety regulations
✅ Reliable, proactive, and able to handle challenges under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
🔹 Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary, maintaining hygiene across event spaces, public areas, and toilets
🔹 Ensure proper waste management, overseeing collection and disposal processes
🔹 Monitor and restock consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and hand sanitiser
🔹 Coordinate with event management to address any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly
🔹 Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for your team and event attendees
