• Location: Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire
• Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour
• Dates: 2nd - 5th July
• Shift: Full-time shifts available

What You’ll Need:
✅ Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role)
✅ Previous experience in a supervisory role in cleaning or events
✅ Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Ability to manage cleaning schedules and respond to urgent tasks
✅ Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise and manage a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are met
🔹 Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are maintained throughout the event
🔹 Monitor waste management and disposal procedures
🔹 Ensure supplies are replenished (soap, toilet paper, hand sanitiser, etc.)
🔹 Provide hands-on support when required to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
🔹 Liaise with event organisers and management to handle any cleaning-related concerns
🔹 Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations
