We’re looking for a dedicated Working Supervisor to manage our cleaning operatives at Oasis – Heaton Park. Ensure high cleanliness standards while keeping the event site safe, organised, and running smoothly!
Dates: 11th – 13th July & 16th, 19th, and 20th July 2025
Location: Heaton Park, Manchester
Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift: Full-time shifts

What You’ll Need:
✅ Must have completed multiple supervisor roles with iKlean and completed iKlean Supervisor Training
✅ Previous experience leading a team in a high-pressure environment
✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing situations
✅ Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and provide clear instructions
✅ Full UK driving licence – required for transporting consumables and waste removal
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives to maintain high hygiene standards
🔹 Ensure facilities, public areas, and toilets are cleaned and restocked efficiently
🔹 Manage consumables, ensuring delivery to the site and removal of waste
🔹 Monitor team performance and support staff to complete tasks effectively
🔹 Communicate with management to report any issues or requirements
🔹 Follow and enforce health & safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
