Requirements:
• Supervisory experience is essential.
• Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is required.
• A valid UK driving licence is mandatory, as driving on-site is required.
• Completion of supervisor training before starting on-site is compulsory.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable working every day of the festival (no full days off).
Responsibilities:
• Lead, support, and work alongside your team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Oversee waste management and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
• Act as the main point of contact for your team, addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Drive on-site vehicles for waste collection and transportation, adhering to regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing team tasks effectively.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth operations throughout the festival.
