We’re looking for a Working Supervisor to join our team at Pawsa in the Park at Gunnersbury Park. Lead and support a team of cleaning operatives while ensuring the event site remains clean, safe, and inviting for all visitors.
Dates: August 8th - August 10th & August 15th - August 17th
Location: Gunnersbury Park, London
Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift: Full-time shifts
No camping provided, yep, enjoy your bed after a shift!

What You’ll Need:
• Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role).
• Previous supervisory experience, with the ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and provide clear instructions to your team.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for all visitors.
• Team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring cleanliness across the event site.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when necessary, providing hands-on support to your team.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met in all public areas, toilets, and event spaces.
• Monitor waste collection and ensure it is properly disposed of throughout the event.
• Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues to management.
• Ensure team safety by following all health and safety protocols.
