Are you an experienced supervisor with a passion for cleanliness and the ability to lead under pressure? We’re looking for a Working Supervisor to join our team at Finsbury Park Events 2025. Lead and support a team of cleaning operatives while ensuring the event site remains clean, safe, and inviting for all visitors.
Dates: Multiple event dates throughout the summer
Location: Finsbury Park, London
Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift: Full-time shifts

What You’ll Need:
✅ Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role)
✅ Previous supervisory experience, with the ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
✅ Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and provide clear instructions to your team
✅ Ability to follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for all visitors
✅ Team player mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring cleanliness across the event site
🔹 Assist with cleaning tasks when necessary, providing hands-on support to your team
🔹 Ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met in all public areas, toilets, and event spaces
🔹 Monitor waste collection and ensure it is properly disposed of throughout the event
🔹 Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues to management
🔹 Ensure team safety by following all health and safety protocols
