What You’ll Need:
• Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role)
• Previous supervisory experience, ideally in cleaning, hospitality, or event management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
• Flexibility to work across different shifts as required
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives across the event site
• Ensure all areas, including public spaces, VIP sections, and restrooms, are cleaned to the highest standards
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies throughout the event
• Oversee waste management, ensuring bins are emptied and waste is disposed of correctly
• Provide hands-on support where necessary to maintain smooth operations
• Communicate effectively with management, reporting progress and any issues promptly
• Ensure the safety of the team and event guests by following all health and safety regulations
