What You’ll Need:
• Supervisory experience is essential.
• Cleaning experience in a similar environment is required.
• A valid UK driving licence is mandatory, as driving on-site is required.
• Completion of supervisor training before starting on-site is compulsory.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work every day of the festival (no full days off).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and work alongside your team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the festival site.
• Oversee waste management and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
• Act as the first point of contact for your team, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Drive on-site vehicles for waste collection and transportation, ensuring all regulations are followed.
• Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth operations throughout the festival.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
