We are looking for a Working Supervisor to lead a team of cleaning operatives at the Doncaster Balloon Festival 2025. Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
• Previous iKlean Supervisor training completed is a MUST
• Driving licence and ability to drive on-site
• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage and motivate your team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards
• Positive customer service skills and the ability to communicate with both staff and festival-goers
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and ensure the team is adhering to them
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring they maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the event site
• Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, providing leadership and support to your team
• Manage waste and recycling efforts, ensuring proper sorting and disposal of materials
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Drive vehicles for waste collection and transportation of materials, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations
• Report issues to the site management team and ensure problems are addressed promptly
• Communicate effectively with your team and event organisers, providing updates and resolving issues
