What You’ll Need:
- Supervisory experience is essential.
- Cleaning experience in a similar environment is required, preferably in public amenities such as toilets and showers.
- A valid UK driving licence is mandatory, as driving on-site may be required for waste collection and transportation.
- Completion of supervisor training before starting on-site is compulsory.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work every day of the festival (no full days off).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and work alongside your team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the festival’s toilet and shower facilities.
- Oversee waste management and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
- Act as the first point of contact for your team, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive on-site vehicles for waste collection and transportation, ensuring all regulations are followed.
-Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth operations throughout the festival.
- Provide excellent customer service while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
