We are looking for a Working Supervisor to lead and support a team of cleaning operatives at Reading Festival 2025. Ensure the festival site stays clean and welcoming for all attendees while working alongside your team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
• Completion of iKlean Supervisor Training (essential for this role).
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a cleaning or event-related environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a team in a busy festival setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with your team and report to management.
• A positive attitude and reliability, ready to lead by example.
• Ability to follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring cleanliness throughout the festival site.
• Provide hands-on support by helping with cleaning tasks when necessary and guiding your team.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across all public spaces, toilets, and other festival areas.
• Manage waste disposal and ensure proper waste management systems are in place.
• Monitor team performance and ensure the team works efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
• Report any issues or incidents to management and work to resolve them swiftly.
• Promote health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
