Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
• Previous supervisory experience is essential, preferably in a cleaning or hospitality environment.
• Cleaning experience in public spaces or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts throughout the festival.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives in the VIP and guest areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in toilets and showers.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned and sanitised regularly, replenishing supplies like toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitiser.
• Monitor and report issues such as malfunctioning equipment or waste accumulation and address problems quickly.
• Provide hands-on support to your team, working alongside them to maintain cleanliness and resolve issues.
• Ensure the safety of the team and guests by following all health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth operations throughout the festival.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring VIP guests enjoy a clean and comfortable experience.
