What You’ll Need:
• Previous supervisory experience is essential, preferably in cleaning or hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of cleaning operatives.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high hygiene standards throughout the festival.
• Physical fitness to lead by example and assist your team during cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and follow health and safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts during the festival.
• You must have completed iKlean Supervisor training prior to applying for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives to maintain cleanliness across the festival site.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in all public areas, toilets, and festival spaces.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when necessary and provide hands-on support to your team.
• Monitor waste collection and ensure it is disposed of properly throughout the festival.
• Ensure the team follows health and safety guidelines to provide a clean, safe environment for all festival-goers.
• Report any issues such as equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or supply shortages.
• Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
