Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
• Previous supervisory experience and iKlean training required
• Cleaning experience in public spaces or hospitality settings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy, high-energy environment
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Ability to motivate and support your team to achieve high standards of cleanliness
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the festival site
• Manage waste disposal and ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitised regularly
• Support and train team members, offering hands-on guidance and assistance where needed
• Monitor the team’s progress and report any issues to management
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed for both staff and festival-goers
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff and attendees
