Do you have a passion for cleanliness and a flair for leadership? We are looking for Working Supervisors to join the team at Camp Bestival 2025 in VIP and Hospitality areas. Lead and support a team of cleaning operatives while ensuring high hygiene standards are maintained for VIP and guest toilet and shower facilities, providing a top-tier experience for festival-goers.
Dates: July 31st – August 4th, 2025
Location: Lulworth Castle, Dorset
Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
• Previous supervisory experience is essential, preferably in a cleaning or hospitality environment.
• Cleaning experience in public spaces or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts throughout the festival.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives in the VIP and Hospitality areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in toilet and shower facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned and sanitised regularly, replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitiser.
• Monitor and report any issues such as malfunctioning equipment or waste accumulation, ensuring problems are addressed quickly.
• Provide hands-on support to your team, working alongside them to maintain cleanliness and resolve issues.
• Ensure the safety of the team and guests by following all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with management, reporting progress and issues to ensure smooth operations throughout the festival.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring VIP guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and pleasant experience.
