Join the iKlean team as a Site Supervisor!

As a Site Supervisor, you will be working closely with the Event Manager and Cleaning Operatives to provide a top quality service throughout the event. Your role will be to manage your dedicated team by ensuring all tasks are done completely and effectively, as well as joining in and providing support to your team when they need it. This role is essential in ensuring that each event runs smoothly, meets client expectations, and enhances the overall guest experience.

Your duties may include:

• Oversee all cleaning and waste management operations of your team
• Manage your team by ensuring all tasks are done correctly and effectively
• Keep track of staff schedules and shifts accurately and report back to Events Manager
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Be a first point of contact between all crew and the Event Manager
• Join and support your team with tasks during busy periods
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks
• Report any issues or concerns to Event Manager
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and waste disposal supplies
